Kim Childs:

It comes as no small surprise that Kim had earned the designation as Diamond Member, Million Dollar Club designation early in her career or has consistently been in the top 20% of performers at Keller  Williams. Those who know Kim understand her high level of energy, competence and drive to be successful in any endeavor she undertakes. She has a proven track record of leadership, community involvement, and business savvy. Her husband, Mark, who is in commercial real estate, encouraged Kim to take the leap into residential real estate. He knew Kim’s mix of people skills and technical/organizational skills would make her successful in the business. Kim started her own real estate business in 2004 after having been a CPA for more than 20 years. Her degree and background in accounting and business from Portland State University have been an added plus for the clients she serves today in real estate. Clients use words such as “trustworthy, detail oriented, proactive” and “incredibly honest” to describe her. They also comment on her availability, persistence, ingenuity, and professionalism. Kim begins the buying or selling process with clients and finishes with new friends. Kim has lived her entire life in the Portland Metro area, both the east and west sides. This gives her a broad perspective and knowledge of the whole metropolitan area. She is committed to being the best of the best in this profession and takes pride and shows enthusiasm in her continuing successful practice. Her motto is “I Bring Home Results,” a metaphor for the hard work and integrity she shows with every real estate transaction she enters into.
